Must be able to work all three shifts
All employees are required to:
- Complete and pass formal 6 month training program including classroom and hands on instruction.
- Operate machine sets in their assigned work cell.
- Adhere to safety policies, operator preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure the quality specification of the product.
- Accurately complete process and quality documentation.
- Perform material handling duties to move raw and finished goods.
- Work in partnership with other operators in assigned work cell.
- Demonstrate reasoning ability to define problems, collect information and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Communicate respectfully with others.
- Work with limited supervision.
