Assembly Worker
We are looking for an Assembly Worker to help build thermal chambers and related components. In this hands-on role, you will use hand and power tools to assemble parts, follow instructions and diagrams, inspect your work, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Assemble products and sub-assemblies using instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, rivet guns, and saws.
- Perform basic electrical wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials to the correct size.
- Use HVAC testing equipment when needed.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or safety concerns.
- Follow manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Use basic computer systems to access information and record data.
- Experience with assembly work in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Basic electrical assembly and wiring experience.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Frequently lift and move materials up to 10 lbs.
- Lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Stand for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- HVAC equipment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Experience performing quality inspections.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.66 - $23.17/hr.
