The Manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled efficiently, meeting customer quality expectations and on‑time delivery specifications.

• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing products.
• Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators.
• Troubleshoots operator problems, working with leadership on training and process improvements.
• Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leaders.
• Assists in testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes.
• Performs experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for product debug areas.
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, operating with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
• Receives little instruction on day‑to‑day work, general instructions on new assignments.

• 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to provide various levels of engineering quality work.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal, multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work with diverse groups.
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism.
• Understanding and ability to use continuous improvement tools.
• Strong customer service and client focus.
• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Web Ex conferencing software.
• Two‑year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.

This position is classified as a safety‑sensitive role. Benchmark will conduct a pre‑employment drug screen, which may include testing for THC. Where permitted by applicable law, Benchmark will comply with local requirements regarding cannabis testing.

Compensation Range: $27.18 to $40.78 USD per hour. Benchmark provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a Bonus Plan, 401(k), paid time off, and health, dental, and vision insurance based on scheduled hours.
