The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
- Aid in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
- Troubleshoot operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
- Communicate problems to Engineers and/or leader
- Assist in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
- Assist in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Recommend additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Comply and follow all company security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Build productive internal/external working relationships
- Be a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. This is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position
- Normally receive little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
- 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role;
Ability to provide various levels of engineer quality work;
Excellent presentation skills;

- 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required

Compensation Range$27.18 to $40.78 USD per hour.
