Position Overview:
This position exists for the purpose of providing direct resident care with a strong emphasis on geriatrics. Central to this care is the health restoration and maintenance of our resident population. Employees will be able to utilize and interpret the resident plan of care, which includes short and long-term goals. Employees will possess strong communication skills and a strong teamwork approach which serves to enhance resident care, safety, and dignity.
- Accuracy and efficiency in the documentation of resident care information.
- Demonstrates a self-start attitude geared toward flexibility and adaptation to change.
- Demonstrates a strong and positive work ethic that promotes unit cohesiveness and morale.
At least 16 years of age. Basic computer skills (Word). Experience with patient information databases (Cerner, EMR, American Data). Familiarity with service requests and Lake Winona Manor updates.
