RN, Registered Nurse - Winona Outpatient Surgery Center Circulator

About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) – Winona Outpatient Surgery Center – Winona, MN – Part-time, 0.8 FTE – 32 weekly hours. 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:45 PM (Occasional extended hours).

Location:

Winona, MN with potential coverage in LaCrosse OSC and Main Surgery Center.

In this role, you’ll provide high‑quality perioperative care in a fast‑paced operating room setting, working primarily daytime hours with no weekends or holidays.

• Provide direct patient care for a diverse population—from pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Circulate for a variety of surgical cases including ophthalmology, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, sports medicine, gynecology, urology, and robotics.
• Oversee operating room workflow, including medication administration, surgical documentation, and maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the surgical experience.

• Active RN license in Minnesota (Wisconsin license preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire).
• Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification (required).
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in acute care – desired;
  Operating Room experience preferred; scrub experience a plus.

• Starting pay: $38.96/hour (plus more based on experience).
