Contract Director of Nursing (Skilled Nursing) leads nursing operations in a skilled nursing unit for a 26-week assignment in Winona, Minnesota. Oversees resident care plans and ensures regulatory compliance.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations within the skilled nursing unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Document and report on resident progress, staff performance, and unit activities accurately and timely.
• Execute staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage to meet patient needs.

• Valid Minnesota RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2+ years geriatric nursing experience, with at least two years in a long-term care facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
