Requirements:

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Ability to complete all required onboarding and facility documentation.
• Reliable transportation to facilities in the Winona area.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments and document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Follow care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate with providers, residents, families, and facility staff.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in condition.
