• 3+ years of OR RN experience
• Strong circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties
• General Surgery + Orthopedics required, specifically total joint experience
• Experience in similar-size rural/community hospitals, Trauma Level III/IV and/or Critical Access Hospitals
• Comfortable with a wide variety of cases
• Scrub experience preferred
• Plastics experience preferred; ACLS a plus

Cases: General surgery, ortho/sports medicine, total joints, plastics/cosmetics, podiatry, cataracts/eye procedures, OB/GYN/Women’s Health, and colonoscopy/endoscopy.

Call: Weeknight call/late stay 1–2x/week (~15.5 hours of weeknight call). Weekend call 1–2x/month, with 24-hour Saturday or Sunday shifts. 30-minute response time. Holiday call rotation may be required.

Other: 7 OR suites with approximately 5–25 cases/day. May float as helping hands to OR scrub, PAA/PACU, or sterile processing. Facility provides OR scrubs. Orientation includes 1–2 preceptor shifts plus 1–2 precepted call shifts.
