Key Responsibilities:Lead nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including documentation and reporting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident-tailored care plans
Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and personnel development initiatives
Execute operational procedures to optimize facility efficiency and resident satisfaction
MN RN license
AHA BLS certification
Minimum of 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience
At least two years in a long-term care facility
Ability to work flexible day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with EMR systems
Skills:
Previous managerial, lead, or DON experience
Proficiency with Matrix EMR system

You hold a Minnesota RN license and BLS certification. You have 2+ years geriatric nursing and long-term care experience. You possess strong leadership, EMR proficiency, and flexible schedule
