Unarmed Flex Officer

Prosegur Security is looking for an Unarmed Flex Officer in the Winona area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This will be an On-Call position, available to work at any time to cover shifts. The On-Call Security Professional is expected to have strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to various security situations.

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes.
• Have availability to work more than two shifts to cover where the operator needs you to be scheduled depending on coverage needs.

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes.
