Hourly Rate: $22.00
Location: Winona, MN
Requirements:
- You
must
be 18 years old. - For safety reasons, you
must
be able to speak English. - You must have previous security and supervisory experience.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, performing CPR, and performing defensive tactics.
Job Duties:
Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Assisting Chief Security Officer in daily management and oversight of security operations
- Provides leadership, support, and direct supervision of security personnel
- Assist with staffing, training, policy implementation, incident management, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness
- Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites
- Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances
- Securing doors and windows
- Enforcing rules and regulations
- Responding to alarms
