Immediate opening for a Roofing Service Technician.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roof Service Technician to join our team and handle service calls for commercial roofing systems, specializing in EPDM, TPO, and PVC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience locating and repairing leaks on low-slope commercial roofing systems.

Responsibilities
* Respond to leak repair calls in a timely and professional manner
* Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs
* Perform roof repairs efficiently and effectively
* Document findings and repairs accurately
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good condition
Qualifications
* Prior experience working with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is required
* Proven ability to identify and repair roof leaks on commercial systems
* Familiarity with roofing safety procedures and OSHA regulations
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
* Candidate will need to be able to pass a background check, along with a pre-employment drug screen and physical
* Qualified candidates should have a strong background in math, and basic computer/iPad skills
