Mechanical Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift in Winona, Minnesota

Job Title

This position is responsible for completing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting emergency maintenance problems on all production lines to include routine maintenance and repair of plastic extruders, blenders, and other related equipment.

Troubleshoots machinery, dismantles equipment, and adjusts, replaces, or repairs defective parts

Minimizes equipment downtime and lost production capabilities

Performs necessary research of supplies, tools, and parts to complete work orders in a timely manner

Helps keep an inventory of parts

Assists with the upkeep of records, maintenance logs, documents, manuals, drawings, etc.

Operates forklift when needed

Supports the RTP quality policy and customer satisfaction mission

Follows safety and health guidelines when performing all duties

Other duties as assigned.
