Supervise warehousing personnel and systems, and direct daily operations.
Responsibilities- Organize and schedule the department workload in order to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials, once received, to their ultimate destinations. Supervise the proper handling, checking, and distribution of these materials.
- Review problems and discrepancy reports and either execute effective corrective actions or contact the appropriate personnel for resolution
- Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures
- Support Discrepant/Excess/Obsolete material processing to assure timely removal from production floor or warehouse
- Direct or conduct cycle count program for assets, or assist in periodic physical inventory of production materials
- Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for Warehousing and Inventory Control
- Regularly inform management of the status of all work activities

- 2 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management; 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations; 1+ years of experience in a leadership/mentor role
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
