Administrative Assistant

Preci Manufacturing is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across our office and engineering teams. This position works closely with our Engineering Team to prepare job documentation, organize technical files, and ensure accurate data entry within our ERP system, while also assisting the front office as needed.

No prior engineering or manufacturing experience is required and we will train the right candidate.

• Review customer orders and create specification worksheets listing required documentation
• Obtain and organize drawings and technical documents
• Create work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs) within our ERP system
• Send process sheets to vendors for subcontract process quotations
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Pay Range: $19-23 per hour (based on experience)
