Position:
The Operations and Inventory Coordinator plays a key support role within the Service Department, helping ensure that technicians have the tools, parts, and information they need to perform efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for managing service inventory, preventative maintenance forms, refrigerant compliance, and to be a liaison to the Tool + Fleet Manager for any service‑related needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One+ year in an administrative, dispatch, or customer service role
- Experience in HVACR or construction industry preferred

Essential
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monthly/quarterly PM inventory purchasing and management (filters, belts, and boiler kits).
- Purchasing per tech request, for WOs, van stock, inventory, and refrigerant.
- Work order completion in Spectrum, updating materials and uploading completed forms.
- Management and updating of all forms in One Drive.
- Review of all completed forms for changes and updates to be made in G drive and One Drive.
- Inventory of tech/office/storage unit refrigerant twice a year.
- Inventory the three offices PM supplies to use up for the upcoming maintenances.
- Aid to the service department; occasional part/tool delivery for techs, jobs, to storage units, etc.
- Updating and maintaining of all regions master lists (updates from Service Techs)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (67% – 100%) of the workday
- Ability and willingness to travel to local as well as remote locations (out of town, out of state) for short and/or extended periods of time.
- Ability to hear and verbally communicate effectively.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction).
- Use hands, fingers, arms, and legs to safely manipulate objects.
- Lift and carry supplies and materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist.
