We’re looking for an ATS | HRIS Consultant, a highly organized, execution-oriented generalist who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys working directly with a founder or Department Leadership. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to lean into the mix of People, Process, and Technology
, and gain hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing modern HR tech stacks across multiple clients.
- Lead and support implementations (pipelines, interview plans, permissions, templates, workflows)
- Migrate data from legacy systems
- Configure automation rules and reporting dashboards
- Audit and improve existing ATS setups for scalability and analytics
- Configure and optimize HRIS platforms
- Manage integrations (Linked In Recruiter, background checks, payroll, SSO)
- Support system architecture decisions across People tech stacks
- Assist with API configurations and data mapping
- Build dashboards and reports aligned to hiring goals
- Ensure clean, structured data for executive visibility
- Design frameworks that prioritize analytics‑first system decisions
- Create clear SOPs and system documentation
- Develop structured implementation checklists and migration plans
- Support client communication via Slack and project hubs
- Help drive project timelines and accountability
- Embed into client workflows and collaborate with founders and operators
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Provide hands‑on, execution‑level support, not just strategy
- Experience working in an ATS or HRIS
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Comfort navigating technical configurations and workflows
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Former recruiter, People Ops partner, or HRIS analyst
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Comfortable working asynchronously and independently
