CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Non-exempt

COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY: The Porter is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community and assisting our lead maintenance technician with daily tasks. This is accomplished by ensuring the use of great communication, attention to detail and great time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.

EXPERIENCE &

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant industry experience (janitorial or maintenance preferred)
• Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
• Must have a friendly demeanor
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts
