Position OverviewPreci Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Milling Operator / Machinist to support our production operations. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines to produce accurate, high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with machining experience who takes pride in quality work, attention to detail, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

- Perform in‑process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records, part counts, and documentation
- Work with team members to improve efficiency, workflow, and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements- Prior experience operating CNC milling machines or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong basic math skills for measurement and calculations
- Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues
