Preci Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Precision Grinder / OD‑ Operator to support our production operations. This role is responsible for setting up and operating precision OD/ machines to produce accurate, high‑quality components in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with grinding or machining experience who is detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work.

• Set up and operate CNC OD/ machines
• Load, adjust, and monitor machine programs as needed
• Install and align tooling, fixtures, and work holding
• Monitor grinding operations and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
• Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records, part counts, and documentation
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized

On‑site in Winooski, VT

• Prior experience operating CNC grinding equipment preferred (OD/ a plus)
• 2+ years of machining experience, including machine setup and inspection
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of G‑code programming preferred
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Dependable, punctual, and organized

$22 – $35 Hourly Wage
