You will bridge engineering and production, collaborating with CNC programmers, machinists, and Quality to turn customer requirements into efficient, repeatable methods.
You will create process plans, routings, and setup instructions, lead improvement projects to reduce cycle time, scrap, and cost, and support new equipment and automation on the shop
