What you’ll tackle

Transform blueprints and specs into precise metal fabrications.

Apply MIG, TIG, and stick processes across a variety of materials.

Inspect and test welded joints to verify they meet quality benchmarks.

Operate, adjust, and maintain welding equipment with safety top of mind.

Coordinate with teammates to hit deadlines and control project costs.

Keep your area clean, orderly, and aligned with safety protocols.

Must-haves

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding program is a plus.

Substantial experience as a welder and a portfolio that shows it.

Multi-process welding proficiency and comfort with shop equipment.

Fluency in blueprint reading and technical documentation.

Detail-oriented craftsmanship and a quality-first mindset.

Strong communicator and dependable team player.

Working knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
6+ years of welding experience.

U.S. citizen or green card holder.
