Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role requires proficiency in various precision measuring instruments and a solid understanding of quality systems. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gages, CMM, etc.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and identify defects.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports in accordance with quality assurance protocols.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers) and vision inspection systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Certification or training in quality assurance or related fields is a plus.
