Role summaryStocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. What you’ll do- Unloading trucks
- Sorting products in the backroom
- Stocking products on shelves
- Maintaining clean and organized aisles
- Engaging vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Greeting customers and answering their questions (when shift includes customer service)
Additional tasks include moving inventory in the backroom, helping customers during stock, and other physically demanding duties such as moving ice cream in the freezer during the summer.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
