A tidy, organized, and safety-first work area at all times.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; formal welding training preferred.

Proven track record as a welder with a portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency with a range of welding processes and shop equipment.

Strong blueprint and technical document reading capability.

Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality.

Excellent communicator and effective team contributor.

Thorough knowledge of welding safety practices and standards.
6+ years of welding experience.

U.S. citizen or green card holder.
