Under the general direction and supervision of the Swim Team Instructor, the Swim Team Coach supports delivery of high quality, friendly, and professional in water and out of water instruction for a broad spectrum of Winooski’s diverse residents and visitors while creating a safe and friendly atmosphere for learning at the Myers Memorial Pool.
