Electrical Technician
Winsford (on-site)
3 shift
£51,000
Hunter are partnered with a well established and interesting business in Winsford. Working with heavy electrical equipment, you will join the engineering team to ensure smooth operation of HV machinery. You will carry out routine and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. Working closely with the mechanical team, you will be responsible for the HV electrical infrasturcture including PLC controlled automated equipment.
Requirements- Apprentice trained, or level 3 NVQ or HNC / ONC qualified
- Other electrical qualifications are beneficial
- Knowledge of PLC controlled equipment
- Comfortable carrying out fault finding on electrical systems
- Good knowledge of HV electrical infrastructure
- This role offers plenty of training and upskilling as well as potential progression
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Up to 8% employer pension contribution and 12% employee (20%)
