As our Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Leading and inspiring our front office team
• Managing clinic schedules to optimize patient flow
• Handling billing, insurance claims, and financial inquiries
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our patients

• A dynamic leader with excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dental office management (Must Have)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (Not required - but a plus!)
• A passion for healthcare and patient satisfaction
• Great Attitude
