Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail environment, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing. You’ll oversee a team of pharmacists and technicians, manage scheduling, inventory, and controlled substances, and maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations. You will deliver clinical services, including immunizations and patient counseling, while driving excellent customer service, quality, and safety.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership to meet performance goals and develop your team through coaching and training.
