Driver BHPP
The Community Bridges, Inc. Driver is responsible for safe transport of patients. The Driver ensures that patients are transported in a safe and timely manner to all appointments, placement, and facility‑to‑facility transfers. The Driver maintains vehicle inspection logs and ensures that the vehicle is in working order. The Driver treats all patients, patients’ families, and providers with dignity and respect. The ideal driver will have experience working with recovery and/or mental health.
Responsibilities- Transport patients safely and timely to appointments, placements, and facility‑to‑facility transfers.
- Maintain vehicle inspection logs and ensure vehicles are in working order.
- Treat all patients, patients’ families, and providers with dignity and respect.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Current Arizona Driver's License (valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record
