- Oversee the daily operations of our sales division, ensuring we provide genuine value to our clients.
- Coach and support our sales representatives to help them refine their approach and hit their professional goals.
- Identify gaps in our local market coverage and create clear strategies to reach more families and businesses in Winslow Township.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand what is working and where we can improve our service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community to elevate the presence of The Atlantic District.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set realistic, growth-oriented targets for the upcoming quarters.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of five years of direct sales management experience in the insurance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide mid-level sales producers.
- Expertise in local market trend analysis and territory development.
- Strong command of CRM data to drive business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
