Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our sales division, ensuring we provide genuine value to our clients.
  • Coach and support our sales representatives to help them refine their approach and hit their professional goals.
  • Identify gaps in our local market coverage and create clear strategies to reach more families and businesses in Winslow Township.
  • Analyze performance metrics to understand what is working and where we can improve our service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community to elevate the presence of The Atlantic District.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set realistic, growth-oriented targets for the upcoming quarters.
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of five years of direct sales management experience in the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide mid-level sales producers.
  • Expertise in local market trend analysis and territory development.
  • Strong command of CRM data to drive business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
