This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Accounts Receivable Lead/Cashier located in Winston‑Salem, NC. The role involves overseeing the accounts receivable operations, processing customer invoices and payments, managing outstanding debts, and ensuring accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer communication regarding account status, assisting with debt collection efforts, and improving invoicing and cash collection processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on financial accuracy.
Qualifications- Strong analytical and financial skills to manage accounts receivable operations efficiently
- Proficiency in invoicing and debt collection processes
- Effective communication skills for customer interactions and internal collaboration
- Ability to manage and improve financial documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial tools is a plus
