Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing global organization located in the Triad area of North Carolina. This Senior Accountant opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with 5+ years of experience who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in month-end close, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Our client offers a HYBRID work schedule.

• Lead key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and account reconciliations to support business operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
• Support audits, regulatory filings, and various financial reporting requirements
• Partner across departments to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies
• Support tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit-related activities
• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
