Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to join one of its North Carolina offices. The Project Coordinator will be supporting the Leadership Development & Diversity team and is responsible for providing project coordination and support of key initiatives. This position is expected to last 6 months.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day support and assistance with planning and executing of leadership development and diversity programs, tools and materials.
  • Coordinate leadership development calendar of events, including organizing video conferences, video replays, conference room needs, travel logistics, and technical support.
  • Assist with diversity calendar of events inclusive of conferences and multicultural events, while providing support for Affinity Groups.
  • Help with communication efforts inclusive of the website, team status updates, event details, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support including database updates, data collection and entry, invoicing, and scheduling.
  • Assist with other leadership development and diversity project initiatives as needed.
  • Help team with reporting and metric needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred and three years or more of related experience (in a fast-paced environment is a plus) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior law firm experience and specific experience with law firm administration, training or development preferred
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent client service is expected.
  • Work collaboratively on a team and can work independently.
  • Must have a working knowledge of various types of technology such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
