Part-Time Administrative Assistant For Car Dealership

Frank Myers Auto Maxx is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team on Saturdays.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and handling a variety of office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Every Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Part-time

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
• Help maintain a clean, organized front-office environment
• Support the sales, service, and management teams with administrative needs
• Assist with customer follow-up, appointment scheduling, and basic office communication
• Handle confidential customer and business information responsibly
• Complete additional administrative tasks as needed

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional communication skills in person and on the phone
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office programs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred, but not required
