What You’ll Do

As our Admissions Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for patients, families, and referral partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and supporting the center’s admissions process.
  • Communicating effectively with clinical and administrative departments before and during admissions.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally.
  • Conducting tours for prospective patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Developing brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing admissions data and trends.
  • Preparing admissions reports and communicating important information to leadership and team members.
  • Building positive relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and members of our healthcare team.
  • Helping ensure every patient receives a welcoming and caring experience from the beginning.

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with computers, Windows, internet applications, and navigating software/programs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
