Are you interested in managing the full lifecycle of products and services? As a TNS Principle Product Manager you will lead others to deliver true value based on customer‑backed approaches. You will utilize your entrepreneurial prowess to drive strategy of TNS business, technology, and design.

- Deliver business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Be the leader in delivering value, strategic vision and product roadmaps for your designated products and services
- Support business reviews and have the ability to present across all levels of the organization
- Drive the product lifecycle from market development to market decline
- Create product / business plans to determine product and service feasibility
- Partner with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities necessary to meet short and long‑term business needs
- Develop and execute strategic plans in support of key objectives derived from the Balanced Scorecard
- Drive business growth by applying domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action
- Evaluate research and market analysis, meet with third party vendors, and maintain knowledge of industry innovations and technology platforms to inform the strategy for the product
- Know your customers by having ongoing discussions, both face‑to‑face and team meetings, and documenting these discussions for strategic review
- Understands financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within portfolio, prioritize updates to support the roadmap
- Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of solution architects, development, and operations to ensure products are aligned with product vision
- Identify goals, metrics, and appropriate analytics to measure the performance of the product and its individual features, and continually make recommendations and refinements to the product based on learnings
- Resolve issues within or across product teams that may impair teams from delivery of a quality product in order to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Drive operational excellence to create internal customer satisfaction and meet product metrics while prioritizing customer needs
- Work across legal teams to develop, review and execute customer and third‑party partner contracts
- When necessary, create Non‑Disclosure Agreements based on specific needs
- Accept constructive feedback from other team members
- Actively listen to problem discussions and propose various solutions
- Work as a member of project team and make the necessary contributions for the role
- Be on time, participate and show willingness to help other team members
- Partner with various Communication Division members to create products and services
- Articulate complex issues both in written form and orally
- Comprehend customer requirements and take these requirements to create an appropriate product plan
- Have excellent follow‑through; honor commitments
- Think outside the box to develop new products and services
- Typically requires overnight travel 10% to 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in developing and maintaining product and service life cycles
- Proficient in defining, communicating, and driving value propositions, success metrics, and outcomes
- Proficient in utilizing deep market and industry knowledge to achieve strategic objectives
