This role is responsible for driving exceptional client experiences while supporting Brock & Scott’s strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to strengthen long-term relationships, optimize service delivery, and advance B&S’s technology-enabled value proposition in the marketplace.

• Establish and maintain metrics to measure, track, and continuously improve client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to align ongoing client strategies with B&S’s technology-enabled service offerings to expand and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Develop, document, and implement scalable best practices for client onboarding, integration, and operational workflows.
• Act as a steward of B&S’s evolving value proposition, ensuring consistency and clarity across client engagements.
• Partner with operations managers to ensure timely delivery of feedback related to client experience, performance, and value realization.
• Proactively triage and resolve client issues and concerns to maintain strong, trusted relationships.
• Serve as a champion of change management, supporting organizational initiatives and strategic direction.
• Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external partners to enhance the client experience and exceed customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of Client Success experience within revenue cycle management, consumer engagement, and/or practice management technology-enabled service solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently and collaboratively lead the development and execution of client-driven business development strategies.
• Proven experience working with and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) with both clients and legal stakeholders.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
