Contract Analyst, Business

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst responsible for managing the entire contractual life-cycle of service agreements.

Key Responsibilities Administer, create, edit, track, and finalize client service agreements and amendments in a fast-paced environment Manage relationships with contract owners to ensure contracts accurately reflect services and scope of work Provide feedback for improving contract management processes and maintain documentation on policies and procedures

Required Qualifications Five years of experience with contract drafting and management processes Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training, education, or work experience Intermediate skill level in Excel and Microsoft Suite

Experience with database management systems and reporting Insurance and/or benefit claims administration experience is a plus
