Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business strategies and challenges Manage revenue targets, including budgets and product utilization for the assigned book of business Lead client renewals and retention efforts, including contract negotiations and lifecycle management
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in strategic client management, preferably in Property & Casualty or related fields Proven success in revenue management and increasing utilization within a strategic client base Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret client financials Deep understanding of the client's business, including market dynamics and competitive landscape
