Full Time- availability required between 6:00 AM 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Required Documents (must be uploaded with your application): NC DHHS Division of Child Development Criminal Background Letter/Qualifying Letter

What We're Looking For:

• Education:
  
  High School or GED required. Credentials EDU 119 or equivalency as defined by DHHS Education Workforce, preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Preferred.
• Licensure/Certification (Preferred): NC CDL License, Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire; ITS SIDS within 2 months of hire; BSAC (Basic School Age) for those working with school‑age children; DHHS NC Division of Child Development Criminal Background letter.
• Additional Skills/Requirements (required): NC Division of Child Development Qualifying Letter/Criminal Background letter; NC Division of Child Development Workforce letter within 2 months of hire; NC Institute for Child Development Professional ECE Certification within 2 months of hire; CDL license (if hired for driving buses); working with school‑age children. Maintain training hours requirements as outlined by the Division of Child Development.
• Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred):
  The ability to work a variety of work schedules and to work effectively in all classrooms within the centers;
  Playground safety.
