We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team and lead high-impact commercial construction projects, with a focus on K-12 educational facilities. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all phases of complex projects from preconstruction planning and budgeting to on-site execution, subcontractor coordination, and closeout. As a key leader, you'll collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and our employee-owned team to deliver on time, on budget, and with unmatched quality, while navigating the unique demands of occupied campuses, urban environments, and innovative solutions that enhance communities.

- Manage all phases of assigned projects from startup through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Prepare and manage owner pay applications.
- Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and collaborate with field leadership to maintain progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
- Coordinate project closeout, owner training, attic stock, and warranty requirements.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
- Experience with K-12, higher education, municipal, or public-sector projects (strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $10 million to $100+ million.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
