Construction Project Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client in the Triad area of NC – the successful candidate will be a mid to senior-level Construction Project Manager with experience within an established commercial General Contractor - you will also have experience in ground-up / base building projects.

They have won multiple awards for their exceptional projects delivered and their leadership within the industry. They have a strong focus on Commercial construction projects, including Retail, Hospitality, Offices, Multi-Family, Education & Healthcare.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor.
• Ground Up / Base Building project experience
• Experience using Project Management Software, such as Procore or Prolog.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 required within first year of hire.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
