Job Title: Mover / Restoration Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and physically capable Movers/Restoration Laborers to assist with residential moving and cleanup projects. Workers will work as part of a team to safely load, unload, move, and remove household items, including heavy furniture and other belongings. Some projects may involve cleaning out homes affected by fire or water damage
.

• Lift, carry, load, and unload items weighing approximately 75-100 lbs.
• Work as part of a team to move heavy household items safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload sofas, beds, mattresses, tables, appliances, pianos, boxes, and other household goods.
• Assist with moving furniture and personal belongings in and out of homes.
• Clean out and remove damaged items from homes affected by fire or water damage
  .
• Follow instructions from the crew leader and maintain a professional attitude on job sites.
• Use proper lifting techniques and follow all safety procedures.
• Help organize, sort, and dispose of damaged materials and household items as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Wear required PPE and follow all job-site safety requirements.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75-100 lbs.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around homes with fire or water damage.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous moving, restoration, demolition, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Must follow safety instructions and company procedures.

Work Environment:
This position may involve physically demanding work in residential properties, including homes affected by fire or water damage. Workers may encounter damaged furniture, debris, moisture, odors, and other job-site conditions. PPE and additional safety instructions will be provided as required by the job.
