Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing general contractor specializing in residential construction, commercial projects, and home renovations in Winston Salem, NC
.

This position is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized project manager who can effectively coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, and client expectations while keeping multiple projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential, commercial, and renovation projects from pre-construction through final completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or scheduling issues before they impact the project.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and quality.
  • Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, plans, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, schedules, changes, and expectations.
  • Coordinate change orders and project modifications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot jobsite issues and work with subcontractors and vendors to develop timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and progress updates.
  • Manage project closeout, punch lists, final inspections, and client turnover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.
Requirements
  • Previous construction project management, operations management, or related experience required.
  • Experience with residential, commercial, and/or renovation construction strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
  • Comfortable working both in the office and at active construction sites.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle available after 90 days; final program to be determined
