Project Foreman

An established commercial interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to join their team in Winston‑Salem, NC. The company works across commercial, industrial, and government projects, providing an opportunity for an experienced field professional to take a key role in project delivery.

This position offers the opportunity to lead commercial drywall crews and daily field operations, while working closely with project management and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial drywall professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews, coordinate daily operations, and maintain project quality and productivity.

• Lead and supervise commercial drywall crews and daily field operations.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and project specifications.
• Maintain quality, safety, productivity, and schedule expectations.
• Coordinate daily activities with project management and other trades.
• Monitor project progress and help keep work on schedule.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to crew members.
• Assist with training and development of field personnel.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues on site.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

• Previous commercial drywall Foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial drywall and interior construction.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage daily field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively with project management and other trades.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work across local and regional commercial projects where required.
• $27–$35/hour
