Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking board‑certified Family Medicine physicians with fellowship training in Sports Medicine to join our teams in Salisbury and Greensboro, NC. These exciting roles offer a balanced 50/50 split between primary care and sports medicine, allowing physicians to practice comprehensive family medicine while also caring for athletes and active individuals.
Position Requirements- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Family Medicine Residency
- Completion of a Sports Medicine Fellowship
- Valid North Carolina Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
- DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Balanced practice model with equal focus on primary care and sports medicine
- Academic affiliation with opportunities to teach and collaborate
- Supportive, well‑established clinical teams
