College Lift Academy English Teacher

Position: College Lift Saturday Academy English Teacher
Those who serve in the position of English Teacher stand at the center of College Lift's flagship program, Saturday Academy. English Teachers are responsible for delivering the primary instructional content within the English area of expertise to a given grade level of College Lift scholars.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's degree

* Teacher licensure/certification and/or at least two (2) years of teaching experience in English within a K-12 education setting.

* Ability and commitment to teach 21 Saturdays each academic year

Essential Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the follow along with other duties as needed:

* Facilitate four 55-minute instructional sessions in English every Saturday Academy.

* Collaborate with instructional assistant to facilitate small group/individual instruction; this includes all related activities of Saturday Academy.

* Complete post-instructional data management in collaboration with Academic Coordinator.
