Physical Therapy Faculty (Pooled) Position Overview
To teach entry‑level Doctor of Physical Therapy students in needed specialty areas or to assist with laboratory experiences. This pooled position will fill openings for the Spring and Summer 2026 semesters.

Physical Therapy Faculty (Pooled) - Building and Room: FL Atkins Building (TBA)

Work Schedule:
8:00‑5:00 pm; hours varied as needed
- Doctor of Physical Therapy and/or specialization certification related to content area teaching.
- PT License.
- Specialty certification for some classes (e.g., Prosthetics).
- Preferred: 2–3 years of clinical experience and evidence of specialization in the teaching area.
- Basic computer skills; ability to use copier and presentation technology.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license not required.
- Teach lecture or laboratory class to Doctor of Physical Therapy students (70% of time).
- Develop teaching, tests, and other assessment materials (15%).
- Grade assignments and assessment activities (15%).
